Non-Excavating (Trenchless Drilling) HDD Drill Pipe is divided into Non-Excavating (Trenchless Drilling)Friction Welding Drill Pipe and Non-Excavating Integral Drill Pipe.

Non-Excavating Friction Welding Drill Pipe realizes the best structural combination of the drill pipe, which means that materials with different properties to meet different needs can be used for different parts of the drill pipe. Our Non-Excavating Friction Welding Drill Pipe has high mechanical properties, wear resistance, light weight and good flexibility, which can easily realize the welding combination of different forms of threaded joints and steel pipes of different specifications. In addition, in order to improve the surface hardness of the thread and prevent any possible occlusion of the thread itself, the surface of the processed threaded joint, especially the threaded part, should be nitrided.

Our Non-Excavating Friction Welding Drill Pipe is made of special petroleum pipe. The end of the pipe is thickened according to API 5DP standard, and the tube body is modified and heat treated. The steel grade can reach G105 or S135. The joint blank is made by forging and pressing, and the whole heat treatment conforms to API SPEC7-1 standard. The welding area is treated by deformation heat treatment, and the welds are in accordance with API SPEC 5DP.

Our Non-Excavating Integral Drill Pipe is made of API standard oil drill pipe with reliable performance. The unique drilling pipe joint twice thickening forming technology, smooth transition zone, can effectively reduce mud resistance; The Non-Excavating Integral Drill Pipe adopts intermediate frequency heat treatment technology to ensure stable mechanical properties. The joint screw adopts liquid Nitriding treatment, which has deeper infiltration layer and higher surface hardness than traditional Phosphating process, thus greatly increasing the service life of drill pipe.
